Full-Time | Mornings | In Person – Grand Rapids, MI
We are looking for a reliable, kind, and detail-oriented person to join our front desk team. This role is essential to creating the first experience our patients have at Silver Birch. The environment you help create should feel calm, welcoming, and grounded in care.
What You’ll Do:
Greet patients and provide a warm, professional check-in experience
Manage scheduling, calls, and general communication with compassion and clarity
Support clinicians and administrative staff with daily office needs
Help maintain an organized, supportive environment that reflects our practice values
Ideal Fit:
Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team, values both efficiency and empathy, and takes pride in creating a peaceful and dependable space for patients and staff.
Full-Time or Part-Time | Hybrid | West Michigan
We are open to adding another psychologist who shares our commitment to reflective, relational, and culturally humble care. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with adults, couples, or families and values connection, curiosity, and collaboration over volume or productivity.
