Supportive, reflective, and relationship-based guidance to help you grow in confidence and skill.
Once you complete the supervision inquiry form, our team will reach out to confirm availability, answer questions, and ensure the supervision relationship is a good fit.
Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and personalized. Together, we’ll explore cases, integrate feedback, and connect theory to practice through trauma-informed and culturally humble perspectives.
Supervision is a continuous process of growth. We’ll review progress, celebrate strengths, and identify new areas for development so you leave each session feeling grounded and confident in your work.
"Supervision isn't just about meeting requirements — it's about becoming the therapist you want to be." Supervision at Silver Birch is a collaborative and reflective process designed to support both professional and personal growth. We provide a safe, empathic space to explore clinical challenges, strengthen conceptualization skills, and develop your professional identity. Our approach is attachment-based, developmental, and integrative. We help you connect theory to practice while cultivating self-awareness, ethical grounding, and cultural humility. Our goal isn’t for you to practice as we do, but to discover a clinical voice that reflects your own values, ethics, and the needs of those you serve.

his is a 15-minute call where you’ll talk with a Silver Birch clinician to explore what you’re looking for in therapy, answer any questions you have, and help you determine if we are the right fit for your needs. It’s also a chance to discuss our services, pricing structure, and what to expect from the therapy process. This call ensures you feel informed and comfortable before beginning your journey with us.
Absolutely not! If you’re ready to go and feel confident you’ve found the right fit while browsing our therapists, you can skip the consultation and book your initial appointment directly. We’re here to support you however you feel most comfortable starting your journey.
We do not accept insurance and are considered an out-of-network provider. This means you pay for services directly, but we’re happy to provide you with a Super Bill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many clients also use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for therapy services.
We’ve chosen this model so we can provide appropriate, evidence-based care tailored to your specific needs. Insurance companies often impose limitations and requirements that may not align with best practices or the most effective treatments for your situation. By remaining independent, we can focus entirely on delivering high-quality care that supports your goals. If you have any questions, we’re here to help guide you through the process.
Scheduling is simple and convenient through our Patient Portal, where you can view your clinician’s availability and choose a time that works best for you.
If you prefer to speak with an actual person, feel free to call our office, and one of our friendly support team members will be happy to help you schedule your appointment.
Therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes, though some may be longer depending on your needs and the type of session. Any time commitment over 50 minutes will be something discussed and agreed on between you and your clinician.
