Stacey Palmberg

(she/her)

There are countless ways to build an effective counseling relationship, and my mission is to find the approach that resonates with you. As a person-centered clinician, I view therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to address your unique needs. I am committed to creating a supportive environment where we can navigate challenges side by side.

My therapeutic toolkit includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), attachment-based approaches, feminist therapy, humanistic methods, and play therapy. This diversity ensures that we explore the methods best aligned with your goals. I believe therapy is for everyone and am dedicated to discovering what works best for you.

I am currently accepting children through adults who are navigating challenges related to identity, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, I have specialized training in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals transitioning into early adulthood. With a multicultural lens, I provide compassionate care, embracing diverse religious perspectives and incorporating spirituality into therapy when it aligns with your goals.
